Taxiforsure — Fare double charged - from wallet as well as in cash

Hello, My Name is Nanda Kumar - [protected] I took ride 'taxiforsure' on July 5th 2015 and the fare amount is 553 rupees. They deducted amount from my wallet and cab driver app show collect money in cash. I had no choice but to pay money in cash to the cab driver though I explained to him that money is deducted from my wallet. He says app his app indicates me to collect money.. Whatever the reason the issue is with app and I'm double charged 533 (wallet) + 553 (cash). Since then I'm filling up with taxi for sure customer care and they are saying it will be done by end of today since 5th of July. The money was never credited as on 13/july/2015. Whenever I call they give standard answer 'we will notify to our concerned department and will contact you'. My money is not credited to my wallet yet.
