[Resolved] Taxiforsure — modification & Canceling of Taxi by TFS | |||
TFS-PP-C1867019 from malviyanagr @ 9am June 10, 2014 was confirmed but cancelled 5 minutes before the arrival time. I booked a day in advanced(June 9, 2014) then also TFS ditched me on time. I had to go for an important meeting. I used to take TFS on daily basis but from last few days you have started taking booking lightly and started delaying my bookings. TFS you lost a loyal customer, now all you can earn is commodity not customer. I suggest all other customer who are watching this post please go for Easy or Meru Cab at least they inform you much prior in case of any modification in arrival timing.
