I booked a cab at 11: 37 am and got a confirmation and driver details . i called the driver after 12 mins to check where he has reached but i got a response i m off duty and please call customer care. i was waiting on road and i called Customer care they put my call on hold.- No response. Poor Management . poor service, staff needs to be trained . first n the last experience. worst you are. finally i booked OLA CABS- always on time and ready to serve . I think taxi for sure will not survive much ... POOR ... SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE . Was this information helpful? | |||||
