Taxiforsure — Pathetic Service: Inconvenience, Changing and Waiting, Over charging | |||
Booking No: TFS-PP-C22083216. I booked a cab (Eeco) for today morning 5 a.m. from Pune Railway Station (yesterday only via Mobile App) and confirmed even calling customer care. The luggage confirmation I received from them was of 4 -5 baggage as Eeco is known for a good space. Now, the program started in early morning when I received SMS saying 'Driver might be late and we are arranging another Taxi' . It was fine, then I received second SMS for driver details and he again didn't pick the call. It was 5:10 a.m., I was with my parents and it started raining. I called Customer Care and they said Eeco is not avail;able. I was shocked to hear that. When I scolded them, they said that they are arranging an Eco again and will reach in 2 3- minutes. I received 3rd SMS for Driver Details. I called and he said to wait 15 minutes. we were half wet till that time. At 5:40 I got a call that Cab can't come inside and you have to come out of station premise due to some issue. I carried 5 baggage with me and my father till out gate and finally we got the cab at 5:45. Issue No 1: What about our waiting time of 45 minutes and inconvenience we faced? What about my parents (senior citizen) inconvenience? He (Driver: Ajay - [protected]) drove 16 km and dropped my parents and I was on another vehicle. He came 10 minutes early and demanded Rs. 355 for the same journey but it should have been Rs. 205 actually. I understand Taxes and all but that would have been Rs. 30 - 40 more. When my Father asked, he replied that Rs. 100 extra for your luggage (5 bags) which I already confirmed from them before booking it. Are you charging Rs. 100 for extra luggage. Again My father didn't want to fight and had to give Rs. 350 to him :( He asked for the Bill but the driver refused for the same. I haven't received any Bill on My Mobile and email. Issue NO: 2: What about extra Luggage charges of Rs.100 when I confirmed that 4 -5 bags are allowed? Are you charging Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 for extra Luggage? Issue No. 3: What about the Bill?
