Taxiforsure — Taxi came 30 mins LATE

Hi!, I booked the taxi for 10am, 9th March 2015. 9:45am: Just before 15 mins from the pickup time (9:45am) I received a message saying the cab might get delayed. So, I called servie center to know by how much time the cab is delayed. They told that it will come by 10:10am and you will receive driver details just after the call. 10:10am: I did not receive any message regarding the driver details nor the cab arrived. I called again, they told the same thing that your cab will arrive within 10mins and you will receive the driver details just after the call. 10:20am: I did not receive any message regarding the driver details nor the cab arrived. I called again, and again they told the same thing that your cab will arrive within 10mins and you will receive the driver details just after the call. Finally I received the driver details. Called the driver, not picking up the phone. 10:25am: Again called service center, they told cab will come by 10:40 and they will reduce my final bill amount by Rs50 for keeping me waiting for past 30mins. 10:35am: Finally cab arrived. 11:00am: Reached my destination, driver disagreed for the Rs50 concession. So, I called the service center again for the fifth time. After arguing for 20 mins on the phone, their final reply was that "We are unable to convince the driver for the concession and we have registered your complain, you will receive a call within 24 hours regarding the complain. Pay full amount to the driver". Till date I have not received any calls regarding the complain. The total conclusion was, I wasted my 35mins just waiting for the cab (was unable to attend my meeting because of the same), wasted more than 50 bucks in just calling the service center and complaining and not even got the Rs50 concession that the company committed. Hi!,
I got a call on 23rd March, 2015 regarding the complain, saying that they are going to give some kind of compensation email for the inconvenience caused. I got the email on 26th March 2015, having a coupon in it, that I can redeem only before 31st March, 2015, that is I got only 4 days (WOW GREAT!!! :( LOL) to redeem it.
If you are giving any compensation atleast give 15 days to redeem it. Respond quickly to the consumer complains, I got your first response after 20 days from the day I filed the complaint. Do what you say and not back out from it afterwards, you are a cab provider company and not a political party. If you do the same thing in future you will surely loose customers and get bank corrupt soon.
