Taxiforsure — Taxi not reached on time

Dear Sir, I booked a taxi from Zakir Nagar, New Delhi to New Delhi Railway Station at 5:00 A.M on Dated April 9th against booking number C13933179. In spite of several calls to your customer I could not avail your taxi till 5:35 A.M. My train departure timings was 6:15 A.M, after that due to pathetic & unreliable services from your end I lastly catch a three wheeler & reached the station on Eleventh hour. At 5:56 A.M I received a call from your driver Arun Kumar Shukla who was enquires about my home location at 6:56 A.M. In respect of above situation, please see yourself about the services which are providing to the customers from your end. Best regards, Nadeem Kidwai
