Taxiforsure — Unnecessary long route taken by the driver and execessivelly high fare charged

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My booking / complaint ID-: TFS-PP-C23262350.On28th june2015, i took a ride from delhicantt railway station via Tilak nagar metro station to Dwarka Sec5.I estmated KM would have been 15 km if the driver twould have a taken a coorect route. However the driver took a longer route imaking it approx 30 km.I even asked him about dose he know the route, he said yes he knows.Unncesarily he took us though rohini and dhaula jkua just to amke money. I am a reguler customer of Taxi for Sure but this tiome really disheartened.Even placed a complaint on 28th June2015, however no action as of yest has been taken. This is how Your company fools the customers.Charging double the fare.Wastage of money and time. Taxi for Sure really fooled me and charged almost double fare
