Taxiforsure — Wrongly charged/ request a refund

I had booked a Taxi for sure cab on 21st Sept, 2015. The booking was successful, an SMS came with the details as Driver name : Amrik Singh ([protected]) Sedan, WB-04-G-4486. But the cab didn't arrive on time and i was returning from hospital with my ill mother. without wasting time i took a yellow cab and returned home. after one hr the driver called asking my location, i cancelled the booking. But later got an SMS stating that Rs. 66 has been deducted from my account and other travel details as 1Km distance, kindly pay the driver Rs. 13 etc. whether i didnt avail the facility only. now i want to request for refund.
