[Resolved]  Taxspanner — Wrong filing and not getting reply now

I have filed my mother's taxes for year ending 2014 and paid Rs 400 to the TaxSpanner agent in my office in Accenture.They filed the taxes incorrectly without even verifying it once with me. Now I am following it up from past 1 month and not getting any reply to my emails.
