Hi

I have e-filed the two ITR-V through taxspanner on 21st(AY[protected] and 20th(AY[protected] of this month

So far I haven't received the acknowledgements for the same

Filed a support request [protected] , not even a reply from taxspanner.com

I had given my form-16 and paid Rs. 200 to the agents from TaxSpanner in my office. They entered incorrect amount in the "TDS" field, and thus, my returns became ZERO, whereas I am supposed to get a big amount in refund.

I emailed them regarding this 5 days ago (Complaing # - [protected]), but I have not received any reply. Also, I do not have any contact details apart from their email ID....

I am a Syndicate Bank customer.I had filed my IT returns online through www.taxspanner.com .Rs.749/- was promptly deducted from my account.When I realised I had forgotten to mention the promotional code SYNDTAX (which was part of the formality) and had intimated it to them,I was promised a refund of Rs.450/- within three weeks.

Taxspanner had come to HCL for facilitating the filing of IT Return. I paid them 100 INR as requested and when I got the ITR -V file it didnot contain the refund amount of 86000 INR due from my previous company. I had given them both the form 16 ( previous and current employer). The phone numbers mentioned are not reachable and switched off. Even after contacting through email there is no response.

I am not sure what to do...

I had submitted form-16 forms for two accounts to taxspanner.com. Since i had multiple forms for each account, hence i decided to go through a vendor to file manually instead of filing it online. I never knew that this decision would become my worst decision ever while working with finance.
