[Resolved]  Tbuy.in — tbuy.in TABLEMATE II Dangerous HARRASMENT

HI My daughter Miss Malathi enquired about TABLEMATE II and seemed to have consented to buying and gave her mobile number and address. She rang again in a few minutes and cancelled the order, since the table top size is not suitable. Now they have started harrasing her so bad that I had to intervene This order cancellation happened somewhere during April28-May1 2014 or so. One miss Roopa handled it. On this Saturday 17 May 2014 night she was on HyperTension medication and went to bed by 8.30pm, asking us not to bother till late in the morning. There was a call from tbuy.in [protected] at the thick of night and got woken up abruptly and when she realized it is Tablemate II related she told them there is no more order, it stands cancelled over 20 days ago as explained many times already; the fellow at the other end started torturing her by saying why do you think i am ringing if you cancelled the order... she felt very disturbed at incessant calls and harrassment and lost her cool, (rightly so, it was thick of night, she was asleep) screamed and hung up as a result of waking in the middle of sleep. We knocked the door, she was shaken and upset, took Asprin and could not sleep all night. I asked for details then she showed me the long list of harrassing phone calls from TBUY.IN, Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai. My wife and myself felt sorry for her and promised to take action. Put her phone on silent and told her to sleep. Next day, Sunday 18 May, 2014, to our horror, they rang us 7 times and are still ringing. They seem to have selective memory loss - they forget when we tell them we cancelled their order, bought a wooden table locally, no thanks, et al... Even at 9:21pm, 9:31pm, 9:32 pm on Sunday night they harass by ringing unsolicitedly This happened even on Saturday night. She had already very patiently explained to them many times by now since the beginning of May 2014. How long can we keep the phone silent? Added their numbers to 'Reject List' to avoid calls. How to handle this is simple:

Order the product and at the time of delivery cancel it.

Order it for some other address and cancel it if you get confirmation call.
