Every month in between the days 16 to 30 the tccl cable connection cutted by the operator. So we call to him and ask why the connection could not come. He replies worst. But we paid every month's cable charge. But he did not recharge to our set boxes properly and act was very cruel. Many times he did not response. Every month this happen routinely. They dont care about customers happy. its ok for that, but dont give respect thats very hurting. So ill decide to go for jio fiber STB. i got a connect same day. after a month ill face network issue, im ask to the customer. you dont believe, jio person is came to my home issue solve after one hour. My humble request for consumers, Dont buy TCCL, go for Airtel or JIo . its 200% better that TCCL.
