Tccl Complaints & Reviews

I payed my monthly subscriber payment in tiruvallur, manavala nagar area (Win cable vision), tccl branch but they will not respond properly and yet the selected channels are not coming. We asked them to enable the channels for my setup box number but they haven't behave properly and not responding with our query. Still i'm facing this problem for the past one month. Please help us to raise the complaint against them....

I am having a tccl set top connection in suchindrum, when my cable operator ask me a tccl connection i ask them "its transferrable or not" he says within 5km we can like. After one year i relocated another house in the same village and 0.5km distance from my old house.in this area was in another cable operator (The village have four cable operator), then he insist i have to buy a new set top box, i told him i already have. He said that u can return the previous cable operator. We are not transferred. Then i go to that cable operator he we can give only half the deposit amount. Then what's the use. If we go every house we have to pay half the deposit amount and new installation amount. What is the benefit? The big comedy is i called toll free customer care no, they refer u give the complaint to ur local cable operator against them. Please friends don't go tccl set top box buy some other dish service really they give better service than tccl
