I am vijayakumar from chennai, r. B. Avenue 2nd cross street, sembakkam. Channels are not coming properly, even today star sports are not coming this whole day. When we are trying to call them they are not picking the call, after many attempts and they are picking the call and not response properly and talking rude way.
The company which one wants to grow more, should reponse to customer proper way. Here am registering the complaints for next time they should not response in rude way, and make working the channels which are all we are paying. Was this information helpful? | 
They dont care about customers happy. its ok for that, but dont give respect thats very hurting. So ill decide to go for jio fiber STB. i got a connect same day. after a month ill face network issue, im ask to the customer. you dont believe, jio person is came to my home issue solve after one hour. My humble request for consumers, Dont buy TCCL, go for Airtel or JIo . its 200% better that TCCL.
