Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received 01 CB short supply from TCIEXPRESS VIDE DWB NO[protected], ALSO MENTIONED IN THE POD WITH US, ALSO CONFIRMED ON 17.07.18 BY YOURS R.Khushbhu VIDE EMAIL ID-([protected]@tciexpress.in) that they have received one packet short in branch, and requested us to please provide us some time to trace out the shipment and arrange my delivery on urgent basis. But now, they have mailed on 25.07.18 that there no short remark in our POD. What a mess is this..?? PLEASE SUPPLY OUR SHORTAGE 01 CB OF MATERIALS IMMEDIATELY.. POD COPY ENCLOSED WHERE WE HAVE MENTIONED 01 CB SHORT RECEIVED..

We have also sent your our receiving POD Copy WHERE IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED (01 CB SHORT SUPPLY RECEIVED), we don't know how it dissapeared from your POD Copy. Now, also find enclosed herewith e-mail confirmation received from your R.Khushbhu (email id- [protected]@tciexpress.in) dated 17 July 2018 12:03, where it was confirmed from your side that you have received one packet short in branch, & you need some time to trace the materials. Now, why are you creating a mess of it..
Please supply our shortage Cartoon immediately & close this immediately.
