I'm Rakesh Im Regular customer of Tci but first time it happened i booked 5 box from Ghaziabad to bangalore i call Ghaziabad pickup person he asked 300rs extra for pickup i said give me bill of rs 300 i will give he this money is for me not for tci i said ok leave it then be se ok sir I am sending my boy give him goods. He had sent me bill of rs 1598 80kg i know it was max 60kg i called him and said it max 60 how you changed 60kg wait I'm coming i went there in front of me he calculated it was 57 kg only he was not reduced amount he said in next bill i will reduce I said ok The main story star now when my client received stock in bangalore it was totally damaged out of 5box 3box was fully damaged why it damaged because i didn't gave him 300rs for pickup and i cached him what extra kg he is charged. This things are happening in tci Ghaziabad branch Was this information helpful? | |||
