Hi Team, Docket number[protected] was booked from Mumbai on 24 Aug 2021 reached Bhopal by 27 August still not delivered till today 2nd September 2021, when I enquired about this and raised a complaint via Customer care lady who gave me call started abusing me and was talking in a tone acceptable for customers. Also I got number of Bhopal guy Kamlesh he also didn't gave proper response although talked in a very rude manner. This is how TCI express deal with its Customer. Was this information helpful?
