[Resolved] Tci Xps — box is opened and then packed

These are the pictures of parcel tracking id [protected] which i received yesterday. This was a prepaid order. First they told this is already delivered. After complaining, i received the box in this condition. Please take a strict action for these kind of practices. No body should try to see what is there in box. I cannot compromise with secrecy of the business.

They charged 800 rupees extra for door delivery but after reached at depo they refused to deliver my goods to my door step. My consignment has been arrived around 6/7 days before but still I have not got my consignment. Please resolve my issue asap.
