Sub: Complaint against delayed consignment and misbehavior of staff at TCI - XPS

I would like to put up a grievance against the TCI- XPS parcel service.

Mr.Chandan kumar, the consigner send me a parcel from Kolkata to Kerala on 22nd Sept 2016 with Docket Number : 52506836. It was told to the consigner that it will be delivered to the consignee within 8 days. Today is 18th October 2016 and it has not been delivered .We both(consigner and consignee ) was trying to get tracking details from online tracking system that provided by you and it found that the consignment is hold at Selam because it has reached there without docket slip. But from TCI, Kolkata was informed that the delay is due to “Kavery issue” . Either Kolkata branch or Selam branch did not take up the issue and not took any steps to get the parcel delivered .

From last week onwards Kolkata branch is telling that its already reached at delivery point and will get delivered at the earliest .Yesterday, it was informed from TCI express, Aluva that the parcel left from Selam on 17th October 2016 night and it will be reaching here on 18th and will be delivering on 18th October 2016(today) and today morning when I talked with Aluva branch its told that if you need the parcel in emergency then come and collect it from their office or else they will try to deliver it today. When I start complaining about the delay the staff rudely told that they don’t have any responsibility until it reaches to their branch. And when I told about my dissatisfaction on the delay it is told that can opt another parcel service for my next consignment.

Is this the way you TCi deal with your customers?

Don’t you have any responsibility to get delivered the parcel on time?

I request for redressal because we both cosigner and consignee are effected with the delay. We are damaged and its so pathetic to face your staff’s mischief attitude. It feel being cheated and harassed by TCI.

Kindly consider this mail as s serious complaint against TCI-XPS, if not I will be compelled to take formal legal proceedings.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The consignment which was suppose to be delivered by saturday in our place has not delivered till now and while we are taking the follow up in the contact in the below website link, the executives using the abusive language to respond. Please support us on this.
