Tci Xps — Delay in delivery of material

It's been 10 days since i provided my material to tci express ballabgarh and till now material didn't reached to the locations,

The material is essential items due to which it is causing problem to customer to open their workshop, if you are unable to provide services than kindly close your services, it's of no use of it delaying these much days.
Look into the matter and solve it urgently
