[Resolved] Tci Xps — I am complaining about delay in delivery of my parcel

This is to express my utmost disappointment reagarding the service provided by this company.
My parcel has not been delivered since 14 days from the day of dispatch.
And they are not picking up the call too.
They just picked up call once and their employ named sameer misbehaved too.
