Tci Xps — I[censored]nable to delivery door to door make bill for door to door , still not delivered

Till now goods not delivered, since 10 days it has reached the city, telling we cant do delivery for 1 docket, if you required to come and collect this is the answer getting from local delivery, then why are you collecting amount for door to door delivery, it's not the way of doing business. Strongly recommend not use for business purpose.
3 time i used TCI express All the time late deliver,
