[Resolved] Tci Xps — Irresponsible customer representative, package delayed

Docket no.[protected] Courier dispatch in between 16 Sept to 18 sept Delivery date:-30th September. Package is not yet reached to my door. This is the 1st time I'm using thi express service, and I got very poor and very unreliable experience from the organization.
