[Resolved] Tci Xps — Material not delivered. Its been 26 days.

plot no 27 ecil post, nethaji nagar cross roads

We booked material on 2nd july 2021 on to be billed basis.
Till now material not delivered and its been 26 days.
Tci person at destination saying that the shipment is booked on topay basis and its completely their mistake.
When i am asking to dispatch material No one responding properly.

cherlapally branch manager Mr.Mishra is irresponsible and i called him 100 times literally.
Take an action and respond to our problem soon
