For your kind information our supplier ria canteen services has sent a material vide docket no.[protected] from durgapur to vizianagaram on 11/01/2018. We send our executive for collect the material at the transport godown. When he found the material packet (Wooden box) damaged condition. Hence we are liable to pay any damarage for hold the materials. Kindly needful action to be taken.

Not attending the calls since the material which we have sent to coimbatore dealer M/s Hardik ele. Indpite of repeated phone calls they are not attending or picking up the phone calls at their end. Material most urgent.
