TCI XPS — Missing of package and still it has not reached

Im receiver of gc no :[protected] which was booked on 28th of june 2021 and was expected to be received by 5th of july 2021.there was a missing item with this gc number this is not the first time even my last gc no:[protected] i had the same problem missing of package.i dont think tci express is capable of shift the packages properly and correctly deliver the packages to the correct delivery address, may i know who is responsible and what action they are going to take.atleast no one is responding This is very Irresponsible of a company bearing such a big name And we are paying Interests to our party for this delay Kindly look forward towards the matter as a Top most priority tci manager no : [protected] Was this information helpful?
