Tci Xps — My consignment is not delivered since 5 months. Saying it is lost.

Address:283, Fashion Garage, Main Road Pussore, Dist Raigarh. cg 496001

My consignment with DWB no[protected] which was booked at Banglore to Raigarh pin 496001 on 18/09/2020 . It is still not delivered. It was of invoice value ₹31500.
Kindly resolve the issue.
