[Resolved] Tci Xps — My Package has not been Delivered

I have booked my package on 4th June 2022 from Delhi to Ranchi. It has reached ranchi on 8th June but till date i am struggling to get my package delivered. I am incurring huge loss due to this delay. I have called customer care many times and also registered 2 complains from the official site of TCI but not action has been taken against it. The latest Complaint no. is - 651013.
Ranchi Branch is not even picking calls. Very pathetic and irresponsible service from TCI.
