[Resolved] Tci Xps — negligence and mishandling of shipping during transit | |||
We have shipped 2 boxes from mumbai to jaipur with best proper condition duly approved by tci xps employee, They have delivered 3 days late, that too in broken condition. The package was severely damaged and inside machine is completely broken. Complained more than 3 times, there is no response. Its completely unprofessional courier company and unprofessional behaviour, i think this company should ban in india Was this information helpful? | |||

there is no feedback and action from them until today, I believe that they are avoiding or not interested .please let us whether we should approach consumer forum and let them realize for negligence of customer complain
