till now material at Raipur. After so many followups no action from Kolkata office or from raipur. In Raipur Mr.Ravi told week back we will make full load material then we will dispatch. After week days again we asked, he replied that consignment on to-pay basis. We asked to check LR copy, he replied physically they wrote paid, but online from kolkata office made it to-pay. So cannot give delivery. It was happened on 14th feb, the same they got confirmation from kolkata. But till now material at Raipur gowdown as per your website.

Consignment is being dispatched & will be delivered on Feb 20 (Monday). Destination is an ODA location around 400 kms from Raipur branch. Special vehicle is being used for prompt delivery.
