[Resolved] Tci Xps — Non delivery of parcel | |||
My courier having docket no.[protected] not delivered till date. For past 10 days it is lying in the destination facility I am calling 3 to 4 times daily the TCI XPS office they say we dont have employees will deliver by end of the day since, but its almost 10 days we are getting the same response from TCI XPS We are worried about our material now, can some one from TCI XPS confirm you have the material or you lost the material. Your shipment has been delivered successfully yesterday and we are in touch with our respective branch to find out the reason for delay and fix any issue so that you do not have to face inconvenience later.
