Please be noted seriously that 1 consignment were booked from lucknow and reached your kolkata taratala godown on 10.07.19. But the matter of surprise that after retaining the consignment for 2 days ideal in your godown it was loaded on 3.7.19 from lucknow. What is the meaning of express sir, even after charging a very high rate than the other transporter in the market your company every time keep the goods ideal in the transit godown. Please take bolt, strict and very serious action on the concerned staff please.
