[Resolved] Tci Xps — non response from any office of tci | |||
Consignment No.[protected] committed delivery was 7th. july but so far bot yet happened.Consignment was in Ahmedabad before dispatching destination informed that as per online tracking, consignment coming to wrong destination. (Actually destination Hyderabad, not Bangalore, complete address in consignment note ) but even after making complain not done.all from 4th. July to till 10.19 AM today, every time given wrong informatiom n always lie to me. even customer care person Mamta, Priyanka and other peoples. One female mobin No.[protected] she also talk stupid n did not tell correct information. Even Mr Vikas Sharma Ph.No. [protected] tell lie n not given proper information, we done great mistake to given booking to TCI express such a reputed co. My customer Metro Cash n carry, is every day 1000's customers coming n buying things, can not weight for billing or can not say come tomorrow n take the bill. who is responsible for their loss and my loss? Even other consignment No.[protected] to Vijayawada, till yesterday evening not delivered to Metro Cash n Carry, Vijayawada. Was this information helpful? | |||
