Tci Xps — not getting the consignment in time

I am vishwa kinkar baruah from dibrugarh assam, my docket no is[protected] my consignment was booked on 28/1/2020 and was supposed to receive my consignment on 3/2/2020 but till today my consignment was not delivered to me due to which i am suffering a great loss. So i want an explanation from your side as early as possible who will repay me loss...
