Have been using their service for quiet some time and have been disappointed due to you lack of quality delivery and communication when product is delivered in damaged condition. There has been time when the product was delivered with torn boxes and damaged fragile items for which you claim that you received it in damaged condition at the time of pickup which is proved wrong number of times. One of the biggest mistake you have made was to deliver wrong products in two different states. Even after complaining to your customer service, there is no one that responds and tries to help in this situation. I will not recommend using their service due to their lack of quality in terms of product delivery, customer care, and timely delivery. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] FOLLOWING WAS THE EMAIL SENT TO YOU NUMEROUS TIMES : Dear Tci Team, We have Booked a Consignment on the date of 31/03/2017 from Surat to Varanasi with docket no[protected], that consignment reached Varanasi on 9/04/2017 with very bad condition, most of the boxes are in damage condition and the shrink wrap on all boxes are torn. we are trying to check that how many modules are affected because of this type of delivery and the customer is not agreeing to accept the consignment is this state. Our business is getting seriously affected by the Poor services of Tci Xps, we complaint several times but not getting any response from Tci Please find Below the Docket details which we have already complaint but not getting any response from your end. 1.
