[Resolved] Tci Xps — poor services regarding delivery towards lr. no.[protected]reg | |||||
Our equipment with docket no.[protected] is dispatched from jabalpur on 11-9-18. Expected delivery is on 18-9-18 but still it is not delivered. Intially equipment is dispatched from tci express pune unit to hyderabad on 02-08-18. But your pune executive send it to jabalpur by mistake. I made a call to kompally unit of hyderabad for dispatch details on 20-09-18. She said that she will give information in 10minutes. But after 15minutes i repeatedly made a call for details, they are not responding (Lifting the phone). This is the service provided by your company.
