[Resolved]  Tci Xps — shipment delayed and charged for express service.

Dear Sir,
We have booked an Urgent shipment through TCI Express LR No.[protected] . But due to their Negligence, our shipment gone to wrong Destination.
Booking date is 27/03/18 and It was expected to reach us 02/04/18.
But, til lnow we have not received our consignment.
When we asked TCI Express, they said It was moved in wrong Destination and Now it is in Ahemdabad.
How we can suvive Now. As it is a Business loss for Us. We have opted Express service and paid higher charges only to get the material through fast service.
Now, who is responsible for Our business Loss. We want our Consignment tomorrow Positively. We cannot bear our business loss due to the mistake of TCI Express.

Dear Sir,
We are not getting any response from TCI Express. I had made Complaint to TCI Express for the above concern dated 6th April and Complaint ID No. is 281821.
But, they are not giving any positive response. We observed that they need only money. They are not concerned about the customer loss .The Expected delivery date id 2nd April. And today is 10th April . Till now we are looking for response from TCI Express.

Dear sir,
My consignment no[protected] reached the Gulbarga office on 27/03/18 but still it not delivered and moreover from yesterday I.e 03/04/18 I'm calling ur people at Gulbarga office nobody bother to address the issue, actually I need that consignment very urgently.im feeling very bad about your service .

Dear Mam/ Sir,
Who will bear our loss in business. Also, why you are not sending it through flight . It was to reach us on 2nd/april 2018. We have panelty clause for Delay supply of Our Goods.
Due to your Negligence, we are under the Panelty clause now. Now, advice who will bear this loss.
