Tci Xps — Unnecessary delay in shipment

The consignment (tracking id[protected] had 6 parcels but only 5 were delivered on 22.10.2021 and it was made clear that the remaining parcel will be delivered by 23.10.2021. However, the parcel is still missing and it is told that the article is at Ahmedabad location. We have been contacting local team and sending mails to Ahmedabad team but they are not responding. We also tried your team in Ahmedabad at [protected] but they are too busy to respond. The parcel contains articles pertaining to diwali and is impacting our business. We would appreciate if you could get this delivered by tomorrow.
