Document number[protected] which was booked from Gujarat to Uttar Pradesh is not delivered despite all the payment done, the faizabad distribution centre is not releasing it the reason is they didn't get clearance email from Gujarat .when contacted many times to Gujarat distribution centre and faizabad distribution centre, Gujarat distribution centre says they had forwarded an email when asked to faizabad distribution centre they said they didn't receive the email, it's more than 4 days the stock is kept in faizabad distribution centre the worst part is Gujarat distribution centre says the have send it and faizabad distribution centre says they didn't receive yet, now as customer where to go, customer service they have issue with server
