Dear Respected Sir,

I have purchased new TCL TV Arcee Appliances And Electronics Private Limited one month going on LED TV only displays a blue, green, or black screen One technision came and report to change the motherboard but in month back they said if any problem you got we will replace the TV now no one was responded on this kindly requested to you look into this matter as soon as possible waiting for your reply for your reference check the attached Bill copy and video.

Did they charge for delivery as well?
They are asking for a hefty amount for delivery, but first time it was free.
It is still in warranty period in my case.
