Sir,
I had purchased a alcatel 3t 8 32gb tablet from flipkart on 12th november, 2019.. It completely stopped working after ten days. When it was given to gallexy services (Authorised service centre of alcatel in kochi, kerala), on 2 december 2019, they said it has to be send to the company itself as it cannot be repaired there. I have not got the tablet repaired even after two month. Hence i request to replace the tablet. Otherwise i may have to go the consumer court to resolve the issue. When i contacted gallexy services, they said that its spare parts are not available, will have to wait further. All the data related to my job was inside the tablet because of which i am not able to continue my work. So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

    My netflix remote stopped working soon after purchase, called customer service they opened a ticket (In[protected] on 4th september, tcl representative visited and said they will need to replace the remote and it will be done in 7-10 days. Since then i have been calling iffalcon customer service and has not got any resolution.

    Till date i am waiting but there has been no progress on this and facing lot of issues.

      I bought iffalcon tv by tcl last month after one week i observed that this tv has got connectivity and display issue. I requested many times in flipcart as i got online but nothing favourable hs been done and i also spoke to seller but they denied me the replacement or refund. Kindly refund my amount... Please do the needfu... Please... Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest...

        We purchase tcl tv 43" inch on 12.02.2018.

        On yesterday tv screen left side screen on working but right side screen shows with doss.

        Earlier we fase same problem & my problem sortout after 5 to 6 month

        I hope to sortout this matter with in week.

        We complaint on customer care about this matter but my problem not solve till today.

        Please sortout this matter as early as possible.

          I have purchased 43 inches 4k smart tv on 7/5/19.. Just 2 days using tv not switch on. I raised complaint so many times after week technician is come due to supply board fail problem was araised. It will be replaced with in 4 days new supply board will be replaced tell by technician. But upto 2 months completed. He is not respond till now. I was calling customer care. It will be clear just 2days. But 50days completed no body cannot responsed until now. We r very very much disappointed due to negligence of tcl service. We r planning to go for consumer court for irresponsible of tcl. Our children r very much suffering from this.             I have bought TCL 55 inch tv costing 60k in July, with in three months in November it's motherboard got damaged and tv is not working. I have registered the complaint to customer care but they are not rectified my problem since it's been one month. They are saying one more week for every time I am calling to them. They are saying the part should come from abroad but they have given the last date as December 10 but it's already expired. Now I am totally helpless i can't able to understand what to do . It's been one month i have seen tv and I am in depression due to the situation. Working hard in office coming home but without tv i am getting depression so please solve my issue or refund my money so that I wil not again but such worst company tv

              I bought the tcl 138.7 cm (55 inches) l55p2mus certified android m 4k uhd led smart tv (Gold) tv from amazon on 16th of october 2018, i got it delivered on 20th october. I haven't got the tv stands in the box as my tv cannot be wall mounted, so the guy came from the installation told me that please call amazon, that tv stands are missing and they will help you out. I did the same thing, but i didn't get any help from amazon, so i tried calling tcl and they told me that no problem, we will help you with that and they told me to wait for couple of days the tv will installed with the legs. Till now i not getting my issue sorted out. Everyday i am calling for tv installation they will tell me the same thing that today your installation will be done, still am waiting for the installation nothing has done. I don't know what to do. I am trying to call this no:[protected]

                I have purchased a new TCL TV Model: L39D2900 on 29th December 2017.
                It was working initial week but all of a sudden horizontal lines appeared on display and hence forth I raised service ticket complaint Number – 9468201.

                Its been just 3 weeks the product is corrupt and now from the day I am following up on this every day over the phone. But every time I am disappointed with TCL help desk support. They always keep pushing and uttering same thing that Technician will contact you. No one contacted so far. I am calling again and again.
                I must say I’m really disappointed with TCL products and service

                Do not buy TCL company products they are worst manufacturers and manner less support desk.

                  This is regarding tcl tv which i bought 3 months back. After so many follow ups the tcl service engineer came for installation. Apart from coming late he was demanding for travelling charges where all the charges are free as per terms and conditions. When i refused to pay he said to call to the agency owner, when i call the owner he was very rude and was saying what ever you want to do, you need to pay the charges else i will cancel the warranty of the tv. How come an agency guy can cancel it when all the charges are free. I have confirmed with tcl customer care also about the terms and conditions they have also informed me that all the charges are free.

                  I am using an android smart tv of iffalcon made. It is compatible with voice feature also. But its voice remote is not working at all. I reqjest you to sort out the issue as soon. as possible.

                    Tcl 4k tv 43inch brought from amazon last year. Now this year from september its producing double image. Called tcl customer care. Technician from hubli visited 2 times in 30 day. Still issue not resolved. Now how many days i have to follow up for resolving issue.
                    Ghost image or double image problem within 1 year. At least tv should work for 5 year with no problem. Our old samsung tv has no problem used around 7 year still it work fine. But this cheap tcl tv has no stability and durability. Its price is 32000 rupee not small amount for middle class people.
                    This is really not a good tv. I suggest don't go for tcl or other cheap chinese brand tv

Somehow Last year during this time after much undo I could trace one of their Customer Care Number from the Net and called them up and registered the complaint of the AC's Compressor...

                      Ilang beses na po ako tumawag pero wala parin silang masabi tungkol sa pagpalit ng sira ng tv namin. Ilang buwan pa po ako maghihintay sa wala. Salamat po. Paki tugunan naman po ang akig problema.
                      Under warranty for 2 years. But the hotline took me no lcd available. For two
                      Months no feedback. My tv is 55" black screen.please help me to resolve my problem. Walang kwenta yang TCL
                      Na yan. Mabilis masira matagal ang naman warranty nila. Ilang beses pa ba ako dapat tumawag. Thanks
