I am interested to buy TCL 32S5403AF but I faced several concerns.
The product is not listed on TCL site
I have written tech queries to TCL support email. There's no response despite several days and follow-ups
Customer care has no idea why the TV is not listed on TCL site. They don't have a definitive answer.
The warranty policy is confusing. See the photo, the webpage says if you buy online then 2K TV will carry only 1 year warranty, yet amazon listing states that you will get 2 years manufacturing warranty.
It will be prudent on my part to stay away from this brand.
