[Resolved]  Tcl India — Repair under Warranty

I bought 55K31 iFFalcon TV in Reliance Digital kattupakkam Chennai in July 2020 with 2 years brand warranty up to July this year. it got repaired with picture problem on Feb. 24th 2022, i complained to Reliance digital, after couple of follow ups they asked me to directly complained to TCL, i lodged a complained to TCL on 26 Feb. 2022, one service engineer came on next day and noted as a panel replacement, after few days i called TCL again they said no panel available and we changed as a replacement on march 3rd 2022 that too without my consent, after that i demanded payout and they give local authorized service center owner number from TCL customer support, his name is Devi contact number is [protected], while contacting her she said i forwarded payout request to TCL they are the one to decide but after several follow ups through email they repeat the same thing again and again as we requested service center give feedback. its already 12 days over still they are dragging my issue, i got frustrated and i need payout from them,

after many follow ups through customer care TCL and their service center, a call to reliance digital kattupakkam Chennai, finally they transfer complete amount to reliance digital to buy another TV.
