I am interested to buy TCL 32S5403AF but I faced several concerns.

I had an issue with the tv and it was under warranty until April 2023, the technician told it will be replaced. I got conformation from the customer support too, but I received a refurbished which has its own issues. There are dents and there is some problem display issue in the top left corner....

I have purchased one Soundbar after paid full payment. But delivery agent didn’t give the product after i denied to give my mobile and adhar details. I told that I will show my adhar and will sign for receive confirmation but delivery agent refused that. After that delivery agent updated customer refused to receive product. TCL team then told me deduct 10% cancellations fee, 2% processing fee and courier charge both ways from my payment....

I have registered a complaint regarding the display issue of my TV, which is under the warranty period, on 22nd of December 2022. The technician came on 24th of December and told us that the panel/some parts needed to be replaced. He told us that it will take 7-10 days to replace the same. It has been the 17th day today[protected] since I registered the complaint and there is still no sign of hope.

I am following with customer care and service center to provide the solution of power board since 2 month. I paid the service charges in first visit of technician. Now they are closing my service request mentioning "User not responded".

1) tv replacement is not yet done even after promised of 30 - 45 days. (today stands 56th day since my initial complaint, which should be effective start date of 22nd aug 2022)

Bought from amazon this TCl 55 inches 4k tv led display got completely non functional within 1 year, and TCL is now not honoring 18 months warranty which is written on the warranty card, 55 inches tv is now become a complete wastage of money, we have lodged a complain to TCl, almostv2 months over thay are saying complain has been escalated...

I purchased 65 '' TCL smart Tv in july 2020. So the product is under warranty. 1 month back, 2 parts went faulty. Complain is still under process and the customer care has no idea as to when the parts will be available or they can provide a new replacement . While watching the TV we have encountered the issue with TCL (TV). We have called the support team and we have registered a complaint for the same . The service team took a week to visit the place to encounter the issue and they said that the problem is with motherboard and took the motherboard with them and escalated it to TCL team .Later it took 2weeks to replace the new motherboard .and demanded to pay the money of RS 5000 for the same...

I bought 75p715 75 inch led tv on Nov 2020. Display was out but there was audio. I raised complaint on the same day 29th May 2022. The technician visited after 3 days and said will raise for part replacement and if part is not available then TV will be replaced.
After 3 weeks still the part is not available and when followed multiple times with customer care I've been given the below process and everything is waste option....

In my knowledge TCL is one of the best brand so I purchased TCL TV. A complaint reported one and half month before. One technision came and report to change the panel. I made a complaint on 23rd Mar 2022 vide Case ID: IN[protected].
The service engineer came on very next day and told us that there is some parts problem and needs to be replaced.
And he placed the Order but till today my problem is not been solved.
I called the support number several times and the support staff always told me that they are escalating the issue and the issue will be solved in the next 7 days.

Respected sir, we have purchased tv TCL 43 inch on 25/05/2019 from SAI DEEPTHI AGENCY, NIDADAVOLE, WEST GODAVARI. We got screen off complaint after few minutes and we called customer care and they send technician go through complaint details and said about complaint. I bought 55K31 iFFalcon TV in Reliance Digital kattupakkam Chennai in July 2020 with 2 years brand warranty up to July this year. it got repaired with picture problem on Feb. 24th 2022, i complained to Reliance digital, after couple of follow ups they asked me to directly complained to TCL, i lodged a complained to TCL on 26 Feb. 2022, one service engineer came on next day and noted as a panel replacement, after few days i called TCL again...

Hello everyone am Prashant from Chennai i was purchased TCL brand new 43inc LED TV on 2019 November with 1.5 year warranty via Amazon exactly 7 month's later it got repaired due to display panel gone they had changed the panel but not new one they fixed with old one in that also got some dots on the display i have said am not satisfied with your service kindly replace the tv but they didn't respond i had mailed also but no response again...

With due regard I want to say that I had complained against fault in my smart TV 4 times every time they replaced the motherboard but it did not workout I asked them to replace it but they did not listen and I am still not able to use the TV... My last complaint id is:Job ID is IN[protected].
I also called Charanjeet head of technical services of TCL based in Noida Up India. He asked me to call after 15 minutes when I called back...

We raised a complaint in February.. For tv replacement..their executives sent some technician to check the problm and thats it they dragged this issue till today and still there is no response how reckless they are. Is this the way to treat a customer we are fed up complaining about this issue. Please look after this issue... 🙏...

I brought a TCL 43 inch tv.after 6 8 months of something use it gets damaged and i called a repairman man after that but it took 4 months to replace my tv with some other repaired tv..And this tv also had some complaints and i told them to take a look for it the repairman had a look on it and no further actions have been taken.....
