I need full refund of my money paid along with 100% harassment penalties

I am interested to buy TCL 32S5403AF but I faced several concerns.
The product is not listed on TCL site
I have written tech queries to TCL support email. There's no response despite several days and follow-ups
Customer care has no idea why the TV is not listed on TCL site. They don't have a definitive answer.
The warranty policy is confusing. See the photo, the webpage says if you buy online then 2K TV will carry...

I had an issue with the tv and it was under warranty until April 2023, the technician told it will be replaced. I got conformation from the customer support too, but I received a refurbished which has its own issues. There are dents and there is some problem display issue in the top left corner....

I have purchased one Soundbar after paid full payment. But delivery agent didn’t give the product after i denied to give my mobile and adhar details. I told that I will show my adhar and will sign for receive confirmation but delivery agent refused that. After that delivery agent updated customer refused to receive product. TCL team then told me deduct 10% cancellations fee, 2% processing fee and courier charge both ways from my payment. TCL india cheating the people of India by this ways and providing the defect product. Never buy any TCL product after see the offer which is wasting your money.

I have registered a complaint regarding the display issue of my TV, which is under the warranty period, on 22nd of December 2022. The technician came on 24th of December and told us that the panel/some parts needed to be replaced. He told us that it will take 7-10 days to replace the same. It has been the 17th day today[protected] since I registered the complaint and there is still no sign of hope.
I have been waiting for the last 17 days and am still waiting. I have been calling the customer support for the last few days and they don't have any proper answer regarding which date it will be fixed. Each time when I call their policies keeps on changing. They don't have any commitment towards the customers and they change their complaint resolution time period according to their wish on daily basis. And I am still confused about the transportation of the spare parts, which in any case could have reached my hometown from Noida even if they are on a bicycle.

It is very sad that despite so many calls from my side, they still haven't taken the issue seriously.

I am following with customer care and service center to provide the solution of power board since 2 month. I paid the service charges in first visit of technician. Now they are closing my service request mentioning "User not responded".
Any product may fail, but if you not get the service on time then its very pain full. I recommend, not to buy any TCL or Iffolcon appliance due to bad service. Yes you can buy, if you are willing to...

1) tv replacement is not yet done even after promised of 30 - 45 days. (today stands 56th day since my initial complaint, which should be effective start date of 22nd aug 2022)
2) customer has been never kept informed on the status even after customer himself following up multiple times and therefore no customer centricity and causing customer dissatisfaction
3) repeated calls and emails have not been responded causing severe harassment to customer.
4) not publishing escalation and grievance details for customer is inappropriate and would be non customer centric

Bought from amazon this TCl 55 inches 4k tv led display got completely non functional within 1 year, and TCL is now not honoring 18 months warranty which is written on the warranty card, 55 inches tv is now become a complete wastage of money, we have lodged a complain to TCl, almostv2 months over thay are saying complain has been escalated

I purchased 65 '' TCL smart Tv in july 2020. So the product is under warranty. 1 month back, 2 parts went faulty. Complain is still under process and the customer care has no idea as to when the parts will be available or they can provide a new replacement . The senior customer care executive Mr Shivakant told me that parts are rejected and new replacement is approved. New Tv should get installed in 1 week. Now today upon calling up the customer care to get an update, they are again, back to square one that the parts are rejected and still not sure whether they will repair parts or replace tv. PRODUCT IS BAD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. DONT RECOMMEND TCL

Two months before I raised a ticket regarding my TCL TV 55"P8E had screen issue. The technician came in that week and escalated for TV replacement and gave a timeline for 1.5 months. After 1.5 months I escalated the issue the customer service assured me that they have sent the replacement TV in nearest service center. I purchased tv dated on 23.2.2021 even 2 years too not completed I have been facing power supply board issue which said by service engineer who visited and even not opened pannel blintly said power board is gone and to be repaired I used to call at 3 times no response from them very worst service never seen

I have raised a service request for TCL Tv one month back, after continuous followup 5 days back the technician picked up Tv and sent to service center, Till now we didnt receive any update and No response from them. why do consumer needs to wait for these many days for a service.

While watching the TV we have encountered the issue with TCL (TV). We have called the support team and we have registered a complaint for the same . The service team took a week to visit the place to encounter the issue and they said that the problem is with motherboard and took the motherboard with them and escalated it to TCL team .Later it took 2weeks to replace the new motherboard .and demanded to pay the money of RS 5000 for the same .later we contacted the support team and with the help of them the service team replaced the motherboard without charging .Even after the replacement of the motherboard Tv is not working properly ..HUFF again we called the service team again they said to register a complaint to check ..(Worst people with TCL Service).Again registered a complaint on 17 of june, took a week to visit the place and went without telling the problem, Said again we need to replace a motherboard.
we have not receiving any proper response from any of the team member .has i have mentioned above i am facing with the TV which i have bought from reliance digital ..i have called 1000 more times for the customer care and service team head - Mr-sandesh and team they wont pick the call most of the time the worst people will visit the home when we register a complaint at customer service they won't even see the problem happening just they come, visit and go because we have registered a complaint ..Sometimes they say it's none of my business after 5:30 pm in the evening. and they took our TV to the service center and kept it for 4 days and this saturday they turned it back ..again the same problem with the TV .. Next Step i have contacted Mr poojesh(Head of karnataka) .. his phone was switched off ..OMG i have texted him on whatsapp he sees the message but won't reply ..

I bought 75p715 75 inch led tv on Nov 2020. Display was out but there was audio. I raised complaint on the same day 29th May 2022. The technician visited after 3 days and said will raise for part replacement and if part is not available then TV will be replaced.

After 3 weeks still the part is not available and when followed multiple times with customer care I've been given the below process and everything is waste option. Don't buy TCL TV.

Here are the options:

1. Wait for few more days for panel to be available in stock which it wont be available even we wait for months.

2. Get tv replacement(takes 20-30 days) and that too will be a demo/refurbished tv. If there is no demo/refurbished 75 inch tvs then they will replace some other inch/model(obviously would be demo.refurbished in this too). And that too would take atleast 2-3 months and we need to bear the transportation cost.

3. Refund of the amount. 28% gst and 1% depreciation for every month will be cut. Which comes to 46% and they will pay only 50k while I bought the tv for 1 lakh which too is utter waste.

In my knowledge TCL is one of the best brand so I purchased TCL TV. A complaint reported one and half month before. One technision came and report to change the panel. After that I got a message your complaint is completed. Again I tried to contact the customer care they told me to rectify in a week. After that the technision cheated me three times. They told me, they will come on next day, but not come today too.. And I complaint in my shop, they give me kerala service head Mr. EldhO's number. One time he picked and after that he is not picking up the phone. Please do the needful.

Scam company to buy products, tv stopped working stil within warranty, warranty to get over in 1.5 months, technician brought non working part, need to reorder again, will take 10 days, after warranty cost of part is 7000...

I made a complaint on 23rd Mar 2022 vide Case ID: IN[protected].
The service engineer came on very next day and told us that there is some parts problem and needs to be replaced.
And he placed the Order but till today my problem is not been solved.
I called the support number several times and the support staff always told me that they are escalating the issue and the issue will be solved in the next 7 days.

Respected sir, we have purchased tv TCL 43 inch on 25/05/2019 from SAI DEEPTHI AGENCY, NIDADAVOLE, WEST GODAVARI. We got screen off complaint after few minutes and we called customer care and they send technician go through complaint details and said about complaint. We enquire the sales man we purchased from and he demands money for rectification of complaint, as we mentioned about warrenty . The sales man not responding in any manner

I bought 55K31 iFFalcon TV in Reliance Digital kattupakkam Chennai in July 2020 with 2 years brand warranty up to July this year. it got repaired with picture problem on Feb. 24th 2022, i complained to Reliance digital, after couple of follow ups they asked me to directly complained to TCL, i lodged a complained to TCL on 26 Feb. 2022, one service engineer came on next day and noted as a panel replacement, after few days i called TCL again...

Hello everyone am Prashant from Chennai i was purchased TCL brand new 43inc LED TV on 2019 November with 1.5 year warranty via Amazon exactly 7 month's later it got repaired due to display panel gone they had changed the panel but not new one they fixed with old one in that also got some dots on the display i have said am not satisfied with your service kindly replace the tv but they didn't respond i had mailed also but no response again 4 month's it got repaired with the same problem they are asking 14500 for change of panel i have never scene such irrespective service providers anywhere in the World

My Remote is not working for a few days. No support I am getting from the brand. This is really not the way customers should face.

With due regard I want to say that I had complained against fault in my smart TV 4 times every time they replaced the motherboard but it did not workout I asked them to replace it but they did not listen and I am still not able to use the TV... My last complaint id is:Job ID is IN[protected].
I also called Charanjeet head of technical services of TCL based in Noida Up India. He asked me to call after 15 minutes when I called back he stopped picking my phone altogether..I tried multiple times but he did not care a bit... How callous a service is... Please interfere..

We raised a complaint in February.. For tv replacement..their executives sent some technician to check the problm and thats it they dragged this issue till today and still there is no response how reckless they are. Is this the way to treat a customer we are fed up complaining about this issue. Please look after this issue... 🙏

It's already been One month of complaints. Still the issue is not resolved, Every time they gave me a New JOB ID I want a proper solution not a JOB ID's when will I get my TV Screen Panel. Whenever I called in customer support they told me to wait for One week. What the hell is happening .I am not tolerating this anymore. Even They are not transferring my calls with their seniors some pf the times they Ended my call in between the calls. I brought a TCL 43 inch tv.after 6 8 months of something use it gets damaged and i called a repairman man after that but it took 4 months to replace my tv with some other repaired tv..And this tv also had some complaints and i told them to take a look for it the repairman had a look on it and no further actions have been taken..

I have filed a complaint regarding my TCL tv 1 1/2 month ago . No helpful response regarding the same from the other end .
The tv is not functioning showing lines on the screen. The tv was purchased on 24 th September 2020. Model no. Is

I had placed a complaint with TCL customer support on March 2021.
No solution was found even in 7 months.Every time same reply your complaint under process.
