Sir, Mera naam tarun kumar hai maine amazon.in se 26 december 2017 ko tcl 109.3 (43 inch) l43p2us 4k uhd led smart tv (Golden) perchased ki thi jo june 2018 me kharab ho gayi tv par one year ki warranty thi jiski complaint maine tcl ke toll free number par ki. Complaint hone ke baad technician ghar per aye part ko change kiya, to bhi tv sahi nahi hua to part wapas nikaal liya aur kaha doosra part lekar aayenge aur sahi kar denge. One week ke baad doosra technician aaye part lagaya phir bhi tv sahi nahi hua. Fir technicians ne bataye ke iska panal change hoga jo ki is samay hamare pass hai. Wo order kar mangakar laga denge jo chaina se ayega. Uske baad mane 15 se 20 days baad call ki tab bataya abhi part hai nahe jab ayega tab aap ko call kar deya jayega tab se aaj tak mare pass call nahe aaye hai. Phir kuch din baad phir maine call kiya to abhi bhi nahi aaya hai. Tv ko kharab huye 4 month ho chuka hai. Mere paas call recording bhi hain unse baat cheet ki.
