Ordered two products on 23rd of July, Received my delivery on Aug 8th after continuous calls to the customer care.
In the package one product was missing but the invoice has both the product details.
Raised complaint with them on 9th of Aug, but still I haven’t received my product or refund.
We should keep calling them as if there is no other work for us. No proper updates will be given and every time they say 4-5 working days. Was this information helpful? |
