I had placed an order WA[protected] from shopforaurelia.com where in I received a wrong product and more importantly did not receive a product at all. The total order amount was 4069/- and the item that i did not receive was BLUE KNITTED TIGHTS worth 279/-
I contacted the customer service several times who assured me that the item would either be delivered or i would be refunded the amount and i should wait for 5-7 days. This process recurred several times and now I called them again today 29/10/2022, to which 1. Customer service claimed that items had been packed and therefore it wasnt a fault on their part
2. Customer service did not accept our claim when we even shared a picture of bill and the products received
3. Customer Service was misinformed about the order itself
4. Customer service kept cutting call midway our conversation
I am extremely disappointed by the online e-commerce service provided by tcns as other websites not only deliver products correctly, but also know when to accept their mistakes and help out the customer. This was my second order from TCNS (once my daughter ordered from W, and recd the wrong size and now this time from Aurelia, where in i recd one wrong product and did not receive one product entirely) . Will count them as the worst e commerce platform to lure customers with deals and then not even deliver the products.
