WA[protected] this is the prepaid order from tcns ... They are not delivering it to me ... The courier person from Ecom once came to and did not give the product to me and abusing me ... Everyday am calling the customer care of Tcns they are giving me false hopes... Please resolve it at the earliest...

I had placed an order WA[protected] from shopforaurelia.com where in I received a wrong product and more importantly did not receive a product at all. The total order amount was 4069/- and the item that i did not receive was BLUE KNITTED TIGHTS worth 279/-

I contacted the customer service several times who assured me that the item would either be delivered or i would be refunded the amount and i should wait for 5-7 days. This...

Ordered two products on 23rd of July, Received my delivery on Aug 8th after continuous calls to the customer care.
In the package one product was missing but the invoice has both the product details.
Raised complaint with them on 9th of Aug, but still I haven’t received my product or refund.
We should keep calling them as if there is no other work for us. No proper updates will be given and every time they say 4-5 working...

For Order no-WA[protected] Refund Amount not received

Kindly process the refund amount for orange and grey round neck set of Rs 1999.

Reason for Return :-
I have received an incomplete / wrong set delivered to me .
In Spite of the whole dress I have received only the dupatta ....

I did order on september 14, Its more than a month neither my product is delivered nor I got refund of my money. I did n no. of calls to customer support, I am contacting in watsapp and also mailed them. But every time they are telling new story but am not getting my money back.I got really very tired of calling them, If i ping them they are not even responding and also call is not connecting, troubling customers in this way is not really...

I have ordered a kurta but they sent me a wrong article so I returned it but no one came for the pickup so I called thn they said you have to courier the product to us so I couriered but it has been 3 month I am calling again and again but they just try to convince me that they will refund but they are not interested to refund they are fraud ... please help me.

TCNS sent me the wrong product and never responded for my request for return/refund....

My self Anu . I order 2 aurelia winter kurtas online from website shopforaurelia.com with cash on delivery. I got an packet having a bill attached of 2 kutras that is Rs 1918. I paid the payment and receive that packet. But when i open the packet it has only one kurta and empty envelope of another kurta .Its a totally fraud done by the company that they give me one item and empty packing of other item. At that time i register my complaint...

I have purchased aurelia clothings from tcns clothing, vide order number [protected] and [protected] which i have to return due to size issue and the company have assured me to refund the amount to my account with in 15 days as i have done the pre payment during the purchase of the product. One and half months passed yet they have not refunded the amount after repeated phone calls and mails....

I bought two w kurtis which had some patterns printed on them with glitter. Its been over 2 months and i'm shocked to see that the glitter keeps coming off. I have not been able to wear those two kurtis more than once because there's glitter coming off from the kurtis wherever i go. The worst part is that i had raised a complaint through mail to the parent company tcns clothing. Its been over 45 days and they're handling the complaint so...

I had placed 2 orders with tcns. After accepting payment, they went out of stock and did not send me product.

I am talking to their executive since last 1 month and they try to convince me but still they have not issued refund.

Why is no action taken against such companies for fooling people.
I have 7898 rs due for tcns.

Tcns is just cheating people by not issuing refund....

i hv done an online shopping from the tcns clothing brand "W FOR WOMAN" on 21st feb as cash on delivery
i recived my product on tym bt due to size issue i hv to exchange the product so i gave them the call they attended nd provide reverse pickup on tym
bt after tht they r not attemding my caals nor replying to my maisls i hv reverse order reciept also
my money is stuck to them
after trying...
