TCS — Complaint about recruitment.

My son in law E.Ram MBA with 9 years experience received Technical Interview during 2nd week of May 2022. He received information that he has to create an account and upload all the details for background verification. After verification he received information for HR interview and he attended the same. The HR person Ms.Bhgiya Sree Malla informed that she will send the salary breakup shortly. But after one week she sent a mail stating that "we are unable to proceed further". Why this kind of reply? Mean while during this three weeks he had not attended the Interviews and not accepted the offers since he was given false hopes by the TCS HR. He was very much depressed and he don't want to complain also. Hence I am making this complaint. He must be given an offer since he was cheated by both the technical, verification team and by HR.
