TCS — Escalation Mail For My Profile Candidature Not Proceeded Further After Final HR Round.

Dear TCS,
I am writing this email to inform you that despite being shortlisted in all rounds on interview my candidature was not persued further.

On the first call from an IT recruiter, I explained that my company pays me half in cash and half in a bank account.

After reviewing all of the scenarios, my profile was shortlisted, and my first round of interviews was scheduled. After passing my first round of interviews, the IT recruiter scheduled my second round interview which I also passed.

When I received the final HR round call, she asked have you received your salary from each company’s in your bank account?

I replied that I receive 50% cash and 50% in account in my current organisation, and that my previous organisation was in financial loss, so they paid me either cash or UPI from March onwards, and that this issue is from the company's end. Also informed in rest company’s I received salary in bank account.

She instructed me to send her an email with this reason and a salary certificate.
I sent an email with attachment and followed up three or 4 times, but I never recieved a response

Finally, I called an IT recruiter and told him about all of the scenarios; he said your application is being processed, so don't worry, and he asked me to send an email about your conversation with Ms. Tanvi Samdani again.

I sent the email, and the IT recruiter spoke with Ms. Tanvi Samdani about it. When I called the IT recruiter today, he informed me that my profile could not be moved forward due to 50% cash and 50% in account compensation.

So, my question is from TCS,

Q.1. If any company pays their employees in cash, what is the fault of the employees?

Q.2 If you are unable to hire employees who are paid in cash by their current employer, why do IT recruiters shortlist their profile and resume and schedule interviews?

Q.3. How did my colleagues get shortlisted in TCS when they were also paid in cash?

Q.4. Why I am rejected informing on call after going through technical and non- Technical rounds, getting mail to upload documents and then scheduling final rounds and passed this rounds as well.

Q.5. Is there any kind of partiality?

I recieved call from Ms. Tanvi Samdani, she is saying Kirti yours previous organization also paid you salary in cash after March accordingly BGC will go negative. I explained her that my previous company paid me 24000 INR in my account and rest 12000 in cash till August due to their financial situations and if you have doubt your you verify it. Then Ms. Tanvi Samdani replied that may be your employer (Aximo Infotech Pvt Ltd) would be your relative and he will verify it. This response she gave really sounds very unprofessional. Now she is not finding any kind of interest to proceed my profile.
